Some one once said: Break windows and create jobs.
Someone else then said: It's a zero sum game for the
capital required to repair the windows means a lose
of capital to create other jobs.
That makes sense, except the capital used is not
being utilized now to create other jobs so why don't we
break a lot of windows? I'd like to hear some counter
arguments.
