I'M IMPRESSED
Richard C. Holbrooke, our special envoy to Afghanistan and Pakistan has been at it for about 40 years and is considered one of the best negotiators we have had in a long long time. Both President Bush and President Obama have complete confidence in him and he has been working closely with Secretary of State Hillary Clinton to forge alliances and contacts throughout the world. He understands the back room negotiations and the need to read between the lines to understand the special considerations of each Country. I just heard him on the Charlie Rose program and am so impressed with the progress he is making. Let's hope we hear more from him.
