DEATH PENALTY

HERE IS A THOUGHT Former Senator Alan Simpson takes a position on the death penalty without recourse for a teenager who was convicted of murder. The Supreme Court will try two cases on this very subject. I hope they come down on the side of the teenagers for as Senator Simpson says. Kids are a lot dumber than adults-they do stupid thing but don't think through the consequences. Later on in life they will become a lot smarter. I agree and hope the Court will give it a good show and give the youngsters another chance. I don't think that adults are always smarter than kids but in this context the good Senator is right.
